Life right now, in bullets.
- Finals are here in full force.
- I have moved from my duplex in Highland Park, after what is surely the most convoluted, painful, frustrating, aggravating and testing experience with another human being that I’ve ever had.
- I have moved into a lovely little apartment in Silver Lake, and am busy making the space cozy for my wife-to-be and myself.
- I am realizing that moving during finals is not a good idea, and resolve never to repeat the adventure again.
- I am getting married three weeks from today.
- I am a happy person right now.

Meanwhile, glad you survived the earthquake. Here I was thinking that taking the bar exam in New York sucked — at least I wasn’t one of those poor California schmucks who had to endure an earthquake in the middle of the bar exam, as if the whole experience weren’t stressful enough.
And finally, yay for the end of roommate troubles and the beginning of life with the bestest roommate ever: your spouse.
